In the late hours of a Thursday in August 2015, the life of 29-year-old Tavaris Antwon Carter, a male resident of East Dublin, Georgia, was tragically cut short. On August 20th, officers responded to a call of shots fired and a possible person shot on Fair Street in Dublin.
