Jamell Law, a 17-year-old African American male from Savannah, GA, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2015. He was found with a gunshot wound inside a stolen car that had crashed into the steps of a vacant house on West 41st Street. The car, a red Dodge Neon, had been reported stolen from a commercial burglary a few days prior. Witnesses reported seeing several males fleeing the vehicle after the crash, and the neighborhood was crowded at the time, prompting police to seek additional witnesses
