In the late hours of a summer night in Baltimore, tragedy struck a 19-year-old man, ending his life far too soon. Westley Lewis, a Black male, was found shot in the early morning hours of August 14, 2010. The incident occurred at 2000 Robb St. in Baltimore, Maryland.
