In the spring of 2015, a young woman's life was tragically cut short on the streets of Atlanta, Georgia. Camessa Smarr, a 20-year-old female, was shot and killed on the evening of Wednesday, April 29, 2015. The incident that claimed her life unfolded in the 1100 block of Joseph E.
