In a tragic turn of events on the morning of April 21, 2015, Jewvyn Glover, a 28-year-old African American male, was killed in a Stone Mountain, Georgia apartment he shared with his girlfriend and others. While Glover was asleep in his bedroom, another resident of the apartment, Traevis Griggs, entered the room and shot him in the head. Glover's girlfriend, who was present during the incident, managed to escape and promptly alerted the authorities.
