In the early morning hours of November 15, 2014, the life of 22-year-old T'arsha Williams was tragically cut short in the Hudson Hill neighborhood of Savannah, Georgia. Williams was discovered deceased inside his gray Pontiac, which had come to a stop after rolling into a building on Hudson Street.
