On a warm summer night in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 23-year-old Evando Demond Minor, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 26, 2010, Minor was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred in the northern part of the city. The incident took place around 10:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Cokesbury Avenue. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Minor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
