In the quiet community of Richmond Hill, Georgia, the life of 59-year-old James Michael Bragg was abruptly ended on a Friday night in late September of 2014. A resident of the area, the man, often called Mike by those who knew him, was fatally wounded by a gunshot. The incident, which shattered the peace of the Kilkenny area of Bryan County, was the result of an altercation that took place on Lincoln Circle.
