Eulalio 'Freddie' Mederos-Vega, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased on September 14, 2014, in his Sandy Springs, Georgia, apartment. The discovery was made by his wife when she returned home. Mederos-Vega was not alone; the body of 23-year-old Byron Caceres of Norcross was also found in the apartment.
