Ricoh Reshaurd Taylor, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2014, in College Park, Georgia. Ricoh was outside his apartment complex, smoking a cigarette, when gunfire erupted unexpectedly. The sudden and violent nature of the incident left him with no chance to seek cover, resulting in his untimely death. Ricoh was known to be a hardworking individual, and his death has left a significant void in the lives of his family and community.
