In the early morning hours of July 10, 2014, a disagreement between two men in DeKalb County, Georgia, escalated to a fatal conclusion. Gerard Rod Anthony Osborne, a 27-year-old Black male, was discovered shot to death inside a vehicle on Misty Valley Road. The shooting is reported to have occurred at approximately 4:15 a.m.
