In the summer of 2014, the life of 40-year-old Sharonda Larisse Hogans James was tragically cut short in Valdosta, Georgia. On July 8th, a Valdosta police officer on patrol discovered her lying near the intersection of East Moore Street and North Forrest Street. She had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
