In the early morning hours of May 28, 2014, the quiet of a Hoschton, Georgia neighborhood was shattered by a 911 call from a 13-year-old girl. Inside her home on Platinum Court, her mother, 30-year-old Melissa Gail Kimsey, had been shot multiple times.
