On a cold winter day in Baltimore, on February 16, 2010, the life of a young Black / African American man, Daron Howard, was tragically cut short at the age of 21. In the 3200 block of Woodland Avenue, Howard was the victim of a fatal shooting.
Following the incident, he was transported to Sinai Hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries. The cause of his death was determined to be a shooting.
