On August 7, 1990, the bodies of Linda Lisa Seaborne, a female, and Arthur Lee Jones were discovered in a car on a desolate dirt road in Spalding County, Georgia. Both had been fatally shot. Seaborne was found in the driver's seat, slumped over Jones, having sustained a gunshot wound to the back of the neck.
