The incident occurred in the early hours of Christmas Day, with police responding to a call at approximately 12:05 a.m. on Fall Street, between Williams Street and Richard Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered LaShawn Bell lying in the street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
