Lawrence Longstreet, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 30, 2022, in the Kenwood neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. when Longstreet and a 29-year-old woman were standing on the sidewalk in the 4600 block of South Ellis Avenue.
