Phyllis Miller, an 86-year-old white female, passed away on June 28, 2022, in Sesser, Illinois. She was found deceased in her home alongside her husband, James Miller, also 86 years old. The couple was discovered on the kitchen floor after police responded to a dropped call from their residence. Upon arrival, officers found Phyllis Miller already deceased, while James Miller was still alive but suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
