Ke'mareon Laron Rice, a 17-year-old African American male from Decatur, Illinois, tragically lost his life on March 5, 2022. Ke'mareon was born on February 13, 2005, and was a student at MacArthur High School. He was known for his infectious smile, love for basketball, and his ability to bring joy to those around him.
