Flamond Williams, a 41-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 28, 2022, in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 2:50 p.m. on the sidewalk in the 4600 block of South Cottage Grove.
