On February 8, 2022, Uriel Rogers-Knox, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago, IL. His mother, Negaya Knox, described him as a spirited and intuitive young man who loved water parks and barbecues.
