Fabian Paul Palmer

Fabian Paul Palmer, a 25-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 3, 2009, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was discovered around 5:10 a.m. on the 3300 block of Frederick Avenue. Emergency services transported him to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
