Anthony Whitehead, a 40-year-old African American male, was found fatally shot on December 12, 2021, in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:35 p.m. near the gangway of a residence in the 7500 block of South Yates Boulevard.
