Joaquin Daniel Lobato-Lopez, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Joaquin was fatally shot in the Belmont Central neighborhood on the Northwest Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. in the 5900 block of West Fullerton Avenue. Joaquin suffered a gunshot wound to the body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
