On September 11, 2020, 21-year-old D'Audoe Antonio Davis was found deceased in the 2000 block of East Converse Street in Springfield, Illinois. According to Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon, preliminary autopsy results indicated that the young African American man died from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
