Luis Maldonado, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 2, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side of Chicago. Maldonado was riding in the back seat of a vehicle when a dark SUV pulled alongside at a red light and someone inside opened fire. He was shot in the side, back, and leg.
