Carlos Iquine Blue, a 28-year-old African American male from Springfield, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2020. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 200 block of South Wesley Street. The Sangamon County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene early that morning after receiving reports of a person lying unresponsive near the road.
