Deondre Williams, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 17, 2019, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Williams was standing on the sidewalk in the 3300 block of West Chicago Avenue around 3:15 p.m. when a dark-colored SUV approached him.
