Terrance Brooks, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 26, 2019, in the South Chicago neighborhood. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. when Brooks stepped out of a car in the 8300 block of South Crandon Avenue. A male suspect approached him and fired multiple shots, striking Brooks in the head.
