Enrique "Ricky" Rivera, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2019, in Chicago, IL. Rivera was driving northbound in his vehicle at approximately 3:53 a.m. in the 4000 block of North Narragansett Avenue when he was fatally shot. According to Chicago police, a male suspect fired shots from a dark-colored SUV, striking Rivera. Despite the immediate response, Rivera succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
