Brandon L. Kines, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot in front of his home on Ottawa Drive in Bolingbrook, IL, in the early hours of August 24, 2019. Police responded to the scene at around 12:42 a.m. and found Kines with multiple gunshot wounds.
