Davion Ervin, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 15, 2018, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. According to the Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Ervin was shot in the head, wrist, and back around 11 a.m. in the 800 block of North St. Louis Avenue.
