Tony Webb, a 17-year-old African American male from Chicago, Illinois, was tragically shot to death on March 6, 2018, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. Tony, who was known by his rapper nickname "Lil' Tony," was found unresponsive at approximately 7:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Pulaski Road. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the left side of his torso. Despite being rushed to Stroger Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
