Luis Omar Villa, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on November 6, 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred while he was sitting in his car in the 5600 block of South Kolmar Avenue, located in the West Elsdon neighborhood. Villa was a beloved father of three children, Cassandra, Luis Jr., and Veronica, and was the significant other of Jamie Jolyk. He was also the cherished son of Luis and Genoveva Villa and a dear brother to Daisy Majchrowski.
