Jason McCullough, a 39-year-old man from Park Forest, IL, was tragically shot and killed on October 28, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. when Park Forest Police responded to a call of shots fired from within a home on the 200 block of Arcadia Street.
