Timothy M. Holcomb, a 46-year-old male, was tragically killed on October 7, 2016, in Fairmont City, Illinois, near East St. Louis. At approximately 3:00 AM, Timothy was driving east on Collinsville Road near Highway 203 in his gray 2006 Toyota Scion when several gunshots were fired into his vehicle. The gunfire resulted in Timothy's death, and his car subsequently crashed into a waterway.
