Keyaira Dashay Williams, a 16-year-old African American girl from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost her life on May 19, 2016. Keyaira was a vibrant young woman known for her contagious smile and charismatic personality. She attended Guilford High School before transferring to the Innovative Learning Center.
