Justin T. Bowman, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 24, 2016, in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. while Bowman was walking with three friends near the 3600 block of West Schubert Avenue.
