Claudia Mister-Luckey, a 28-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, was fatally shot on September 3, 2015, in the Morgan Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:48 a.m. outside the Black Cat Lounge on the 1600 block of West 115th Street.
