Donnel Morrison, a 17-year-old male, died on July 24, 2015, as a result of a shooting incident in the North Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. On the evening of July 24, around 6:45 p.m., Morrison was standing on the 1200 block of South Kolin Avenue when a black minivan pulled up, and someone fired a shot from the vehicle.
