Delia Colunga, a 23-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, tragically lost her life on March 21, 2015. Delia, who was sitting in a vehicle with friends in the East Side neighborhood, was shot in the head. The incident occurred near 109th Street and Green Bay Avenue. According to reports, shots were fired from outside the vehicle, striking Delia in the head.
