Tyrece L. Stornes, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 13, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. when Tyrece was outside his home in the 10400 block of South State Street. According to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office, shots were fired at him from a passing vehicle, resulting in his untimely death. The drive-by shooting left the community in shock and mourning, as another life was lost to senseless violence.
