Miguel Navarette, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on January 26, 2014, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. when Miguel was standing outside a car parked on 30th Street near Kedvale Avenue. He was with two adults and their children when an SUV approached.
