Vaughn Allison, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 30, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning while Vaughn and a 16-year-old boy were sitting on a porch in the 7000 block of South Normal Avenue.
