Laura Uylaki, a 24-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on April 14, 1996, in Wolf Lake, Illinois. Laura, who was of Caucasian ethnicity, was found with gunshot wounds to her head. Her body was discovered in Wolf Lake, a location straddling the border between Hammond, Indiana, and Chicago, Illinois. The investigation revealed that Laura had been shot twice in the head with a .38-caliber revolver, and her nude body was subsequently thrown into the lake.
