In the early morning hours of December 9, 2022, the life of 43-year-old Davin Franklin, a male resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Responding to a medical emergency call at approximately 3:26 a.m. in the 1700 block of Hendee Street, New Orleans Police Department Fourth District officers discovered Franklin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
