In the early morning hours of September 25, 2022, the life of 21-year-old Jaquarian Casson, a Black male from Natchitoches, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. At approximately 12:15 a.m., officers from the Natchitoches Police Department responded to a call of a gunshot victim on Saida Street, in the vicinity of Carter's Mobile Home Park.
