On a late summer evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of TC Snell Jr., a 26-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, August 27, 2022, at approximately 9:53 p.m., Snell was shot multiple times outside of his apartment on West Brookstown Drive, located just off Prescott Road.
