Lonnie Jeorge “Loso” Phillips, Sr., a 29-year-old Black man, tragically lost his life on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in a shooting incident that occurred in New Orleans East. A graduate of George Washington Carver Senior High School, Phillips was a known entrepreneur in his community.
