In the early morning hours of July 9, 2022, the life of 29-year-old Deontay Gibson, a male from Alexandria, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Responding to a call of shots fired near the intersection of Hope and Orchard Streets, Alexandria Police Department officers arrived to a grim discovery.
